Our virtual card is globally useful for those who want to
purchase online, phone n fax order. We work in USD as
international trading currency.
2: Rules and Regulations (FAQs are includes)
• This is contract between our company and card user on the
services given by the company.
• Age of card user must be at least 18 years.
• Customer / user must not be a resident of such a country where
using such services are forbidden and violate the laws and
regulations of your jurisdiction.
• Providing of exact / correct personal information is
responsibility of the user otherwise he will be responsible for
any untoward situation / circumstances.
3: Product and our services agreement
Card user must aware of and agrees on the following:-
• The Company or Top1Card is neither a bank nor a financial
institution.
• We do not offer any banking / financial services like loans,
depositary and credits.
• We are providing e-commerce and Virtual Cards services to our
honorable customers.
• Company neither issues any virtual visa card nor master card
by itself. Services of the Top1 card International are provided
to customers through those banks / suppliers which are eligible
to do the same for facilitation of our respectable customers.
Top1card holders can make purchases over the internet using
virtual prepaid card.
Top1card virtual card is expired automatically after completion
of one year and after this period, the company is not
responsible for any loss etc. We also provide free check balance
services for one year.
FAQs
4: Warranties Liabilities and Disclaimer
A) The card holder understands, agrees and accepts that the
use of our Top1Card services is strictly forbidden to payment
for illegal goods, materials, downloads and for un-lawful
activities or such kind of other services.
B) Our Company will report any suspected activity to the
concerned law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities. And
reserve the right to block / suspend accounts if any account /
card is being or may be used for any illegal activities /
purpose.
C) Company shall always make best efforts for timely
completion of transaction however the company is not responsible
for the late completion of processing.
D) The company is not liable for any actual or
consequential damage arising from any claim of delay or use of
Top1Card services.
E) Company can not control over security policies of
merchant and cannot reverse or overrule a decline based on those
policies.
F) Company is not legally responsible for being
continues, uninterrupted or secure access to Top1Card services
which may be affected by factors which are not in control of the
company or may be subject to repairs, periodic testing and
upgrade relating issues etc.
G) The company is not liable in anyway under
circumstances for any kind of losses / damages incl without
limitation direct or indirect consequential, special, incidental
or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or
caused by but not limited to the following situations.
• Company is not held responsible if any online merchant
company’s website does not accept or denies payment services of
Top1Card for any kind of reason.
• User/Cardholder shall bear any additional charges for sending
payments to the company for getting a new virtual card or
reloading of his existing virtual card service.
• Safety / Security of Virtual card / its details is fully
responsibility of Customer / Card holder.
• Errors or omissions on the website inside contents.
• Any fraud or misrepresentation by the Customer, Merchant or
some unknown entity or person.
• Errors delays damages or loses which are resulted by failure
of any telecommunication or data transmission system or failure
in the main computer system or any other concerning issues.
• Any loses or damages of not accepting payment via Top1Card
services in result of changing in merchant’s decision or policy.
• By the misuse of the website inside contents or the inability
of any person to use the site.
• Any kind of out comes and results by any kind of government
policy or authority or any act of natural phenomena.
• Any losses occur due to delay in company service and policy of
the company.
H) Company service is limited to provide the card holders
the e-commerce payment facility service & not responsible to
ensure the quality, safety or transaction nature and validity of
the transaction made by customer.
I) By using Top1Card payment service the company is not
responsible for any charges, duties or taxes relating to
transactions.
J) The customer accepts as well as agrees for liability and
responsibility to keep in mind the terms of services of Top1Card
before using and in case of any violation, breach of these terms
& conditions the customer will be held responsible.
5: Amendments
Company reserves the right to amend, update and modify these
user / card holder agreements and terms of service from time to
time without prior notice. Please review these Terms of Service
from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.
